Tracy is an advocate for the rights of children and women. In late 2018 she co-founded the peak advocacy body, Childhood Domestic Violence Australia Inc 'CDVA'. She is a regular guest on media channels such as The Drum and Sky News. Legally trained executive leader, public commentator, event speaker and expert panel member, spanning a wide range of topic areas relating to human rights. Background in government and non-government, with capacity to mobilise communities across civil society, government and business to lead change and national campaigns.
Tracy's skills have enabled her to lead significant change in a broad range of organisations in different industries. Her positive attitude brings welcome change and forward thinking solutions to integrate old thinking with a technological landscape.
Tracy is available as a speaker, consultant for individuals and organisations. She is also passionate about mentoring women in executive positions, given her vast experience as a CEO.
In most recent years, Tracy's experience ranges from being CEO or having appointments on or with the following (many being current): NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS), Domestic Violence NSW, Council for Women’s Economic Opportunity, Office for Social Impact Investment Expert Advisory Group, Domestic and Family Violence Council, Premier's Council on Homelessness, COAG Advisory Panel on Reducing Violence Against Women & their Children, Social Innovation Council, Ambassador at Australian Centre for Leadership for Women and the Childhood Overweight & Obesity Expert Advisory Panel.
She has been a delegate on 4 occasions at the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) at the United Nations in New York.
Tracy was also Commissioner at the NSW Law Reform Commission for a 2 year appointment (expired May 2018) and is a Non Executive Director, with the role of independent director, at Exchange For Change - a joint venture between the 5 largest beverage manufacturers in Australia.
